Do we have to have a contract?

Yes, a contract is necessary to prevent misunderstandings. The contract can be tailored for your situation.

Where are you?

I am in Hibbing, MN in the Iron Range (mining) area. That’s about 3 and a half hours north of Minneapolis/St. Paul and about an hour and a half south of the Canadian border. We enjoy moderate summers and really, really cold winters.

What are the benefits of working with you?

With alacrity and professionalism, I provide polite, efficient, accurate customer service to your clients Your Way. I am honest and straight-forward. Do you work weekends?

I generally do not work weekends, but arrangements can be made for me to assist with specific tasks over the weekend. See my Services & Rates page for current rates.

How do I get stuff to you?

You can email me, fax me, or send by snail mail. Contact me. You can post it online at Box, DropBox, OneDrive, iCloud, Google Docs.

What hours do you work?

I work from 7 to 4 Central Time, Monday thru Friday. I will work on the weekend with prior arrangement for an additional fee.

Can you maintain my website?

I can help you to maintain your website content. If you need major changes to the underlying structure you will want to use a web-site developer. I use Dreamweaver to download website content, update it and then put it back online. Or I can use WordPress to update your content online.

Are you going to be polite to my clients?

I realize that clients are the foundation of your for-profit business and will strive to maintain a courteous and professional relationship with them.

What’s your philosophy for handling my difficult customers?

While customers may not always be right, they always get the benefit of the doubt and are treated with respect. How I specifically handle each case will depend on you as I will always do it Your Way.

How much do you charge?

How do I pay you?

My invoices will include a link for payment options, including Stripe and PayPal. Ongoing clients can also mail me a check.
